Pearl Contracting Inc. is a construction company based in Hawaii with offices on Maui and The Big Island. For the past three years we have specialized in Hawaii resort construction, remodel and improvements. We have worked exclusively with Blackstone Group on the Waikoloa and Wailea Marriott properties and are currently working with the Four Seasons Resorts of Maui and The Big Island.

Pearl Contracting Inc. offers accountable and experienced on-site management to ensure the job is done right the first time! We recognize and welcome the challenges specific to resort construction; accommodating schedules and our superior professionalism set us apart from all others.
